Whether you run an office, warehouse, hotel, restaurant or retail outlet your energy bill is most likely your largest operating expense. Typically, one-third of a businesses expenses are spent on heating and lighting. To help you reduce your energy bills and become more sustainable we offer free energy audits for commercial and industrial properties.

Energy-efficiency is big news and as a business owner reducing your energy consumption not only shows your commitment to saving the planet but you will see a reduction in running costs and a rise in profits.

What does an audit involve?

Our energy audit looks at how efficiently your building uses energy, the equipment you use and whether it is running at optimum efficiency. We will look at how the building is used and if any areas are using more energy than necessary. We carry out a full survey of the building, what is already in place, look at previous energy bills, building use and operating schedules, and condition of current equipment to determine whether it is fit for purpose.

We will provide you with a list of suggested changes including upgrading equipment, installing smart technology to help you manage your systems, and servicing equipment to improve its performance. We will discuss whether there are any grants available, or finance options, to ensure you get the best system for your money. Our main aim is to help you improve the energy efficiency of your building and reduce your impact on the environment by lowering your carbon emissions. And we’ll help you save money, so it’s a win-win situation.
